loss mitigation and property investments.
Melle started her professional career in real estate at GE Capital Mortgage Insurance Co.
in Irvine, CA where she specialized in loss mitigation work-outs for borrowers facing
foreclosure, facilitating short sales, deed-in-lieus and loan modifications on behalf
of investors such as Bear Stearns, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC) and Weyerhaeuser.
Mia Melle is a native to Southern California and resides there with her husband
Damien Melle and two children, Bianca 16 and Elijah 5.
